I don’t know if this is the right place to report. But Pololu says they haven’t heard of Tamiya 70097 Gearbox Gear breaking, but mine has broken.
Is there anyway to fix it? I don’t want to buy it again, might as well buy one of those metal gear motors if there is no workaround available.

Unfortunately, we do not carry any replacement parts separately for the Tamiya kits we carry. It sounds like that Tamiya gearbox might be underpowered for your application if one of the gears broke. If you are interested in upgrading to a metal gearmotor, you can tell me more about the specifications you need and I might be able to offer some suggestions
