I have a couple step down regulator families I’m looking at (D45V5Fx, D36V50Fx, and D30V30Fx to name a couple). Where can I find the temp specs for the different regulators? I need them to be able to handle between 0C and +80C.
We have not thoroughly characterized the operating temperature ranges for those regulators; our characterization tests are done at ambient room temperatures. However, based on the components currently used, I generally expect them to be fine between the temperatures listed below, although you should expect to see some derated performance as you near those extremes.
