Sproket for tank tracks

Hi i am building a mini tank and i would like to press fit my motor shaft into the sproket no 0580. The actual size of the sproket bore is 4mm and i wonder if it is possible to drill a bigger hole for my press fit without damage the sproket.

Hello,

ABS is fairly easy to work with, so you shouldn’t have a problem. Press fits tend to be difficult, though, so good luck.
