I am building a robot but I want to be able to connect a motor controller without soldering the connection. I tried a female spade connector (.110 inch) but it was too big.
We recommend soldering those connections at the motor for the best results. In my experience, many motor controllers use terminal blocks or some other connection point that does not require the wires to be soldered directly to the board; if that is the case, you might consider having the non-soldered connection on the controller side of the wire.
