I was wondering what IC dual-row 16-pin socket I can use for the DRV8825.

If you’re referring to our DRV8825 carrier, please note that it comes with 0.1" pitch, dupont-style male header pins (and the row spacing is 0.5"). I do not have any specific recommendations for IC sockets that would work with it, but you could use two 1x8 pin 0.1" female headers like this:
Please note that actual IC sockets are usually made for the much thinner pins on ICs and probably won’t work well for male header pins.
