RM001 RF-transceiver Telemetry Module

Hi, Does anybody have experience with using RM001 transceiver?

This kind of transceiver required using either the configuration program or manually using jumpers.
if anyone has tutorial or anything related to this module.

I have not used it but doing a quick search on google (did you try that?) I found a site that sells it and has a link to the program and help files:
