i have several mini maestro that will not reset because I now have a different laptop. previous was stolen. i have tried to reset device and it says reset to factory setting but the old script is still there and in status tab no servos will operate.
can you help please?

Using the “Reset to default settings…” option will wipe the script from the Maestro, but not from the “Script” tab of the Maestro Control Center. You can just delete it and “Apply Settings”.
However, this generally should not stop you from using the “Status” tab to control your servos. Could you post more details about your setup (including information about your servos and power supply) and what you’re doing? Please include some pictures of your setup that show all of your connections.
