I am currently doing a project and would like to reduce the rpm of the Vibration Motor 11.6×4.6×4.8mm
(Pololu item #: 2265).
How can it be done? Kindly advice.

In general, for a brushed DC motor like the one that vibration motor uses, you can decrease the voltage supplied across its leads to lower the speed that the output shaft rotates. For that motor, we generally do not recommend going lower than 2.4V.
