Does anybody know if it is possible to pull real-time current drawn for each individual servo on a Micro Maestro?

The Maestro does not have any built-in way to measure the current draw of the servos. You could probably connect an appropriate current sensor (such as the ones we carry that output an analog voltage) in-line with each servo’s power connection. However, please note that to read the sensors from the Maestro, you would need to use an additional Maestro channel configured as an input for each one.
