I was wondering if there was anyway to find out through the servo controller if a servo has reached its final position? Thanks.

Standard hobby servos do not provide any feedback, so the servo controller has no way of knowing when the servo has reached its final position. If your servo is under a light or constant load, you might be able to figure out approximately when it has reached its final position using your knowledge of its rotation speed.
