If I have an rc Switch with relay configured to activate when reverse/ backwards is operated on the transmitter, but is on a Y harness with an RC servo.
Will I encounter any issues?

You shouldn’t have any issues with the signal from using a Y-cable. For inverting the behavior of the RC switch, you can refer to the “Configuring Your RC Switch” section of the user’s guide. If you just want to enable inversion and not change the default threshold of 1696μs, the instructions in the Enabling Inversion subsection are easier to follow, but if you want to change the threshold value as well, you can follow the full procedure described in the “General Configuration Procedure” subsection.
