I want to built a full size radio controlled car! 
I got an “spectrum SR3100 receiver”, and was thinking to use two of these servos (LINK 1). I’m not sure if the output signal from the receiver is matching the servos input. Can i use this (LINK 2), to get the signal matching?

No. This RC switch converts RC servo pulses to digital on/off signals for RC switching applications, so it will not help you interface with the servo. Please note that controlling a full-sized car like that is extremely dangerous. It sounds like you do not have the knowledge to do this project safely and we strongly recommend that you only proceed under the direct supervision of an expert in this sort of thing.
