A single board that reads quadrature encoders and outputs a count for each wheel in either serial or i2c.
This would allow the user to select whatever driver board they want without being limited to only ones that support quadrature encoders. Also, it could be used to take load off the microprocessor in an existing project that is using the microprocessor to process the quadrature encoders (my case).
