QTR-8RC N-channel MOSFET

Hi

Does anyone know the spec or product code of N-channel MOSFET used on QTR-8RC board. I need to replace the MOSFET gate, but there are no any data on web about MOSFET gate used.

Hello

We do not commit to a particular MOSFET on those boards. Just about any logic level, N-channel power MOSFET in an SOT-23 package should be fine. Here is one example.
