Does anyone know where I can source a 2” ~ 3” OD pulley that can direct mount to a 1/4” stepper motor shaft? I can find plenty of timing pulleys but I need a vee or round belt profile. I am in Australia so a local supplier would be ideal.

We do not currently have a pulley solution for 1/4" inch shafts. You might check out Mcmaster-Carr and SPD/SI. Unfortunately, I do not have a recommendation of a supplier in Australia.
