when I include the library from https://www.pololu.com/file/0J1229/libpololu-arduino-161018.zip in arduino IDE, an error appears which says : not available library found in …. file header .h not included.

How did you install the add-on files? Please list out the steps. Can you post a screenshot showing where you copied the libpololu-arduino folder on your system?
