Problem with bidirectional logic level shifter

I am using the pololu logic level shifter this one :

and I am connecting a ultrasound sensor HC-SRO4 to the TI tiva c TM4C1294 for testing
I made every thing work fine and tested the sensor on other boards and its working

the problem is :
when I measure the voltage from the Low level that its connected to the launch pad it gives me that there is a 3.3V but on the other side for the Hight voltage level of the level shifter it gives me a reading of 0.10V ??

I need it to be 5V, any clue ?
