Does anyone know a source for 3mm D shafts to use as axles for the Pololu wheels? I’d like to use the wheels as non-drive wheels on a robot, and I’d like them to spin as true as possible. I’ve tried filing a 3mm shaft into a ‘D’ shape, but haven’t been able to get it as true as I’d like.

I do not know where you might find a 3mm D shaft. If you are using the 60, 70, 80, or 90 mm wheels, you could use our universal mounting hubs to mount the wheels to a 3mm round shaft.
