Very recently it gets some issued and we given it to the person who rearing phone. he told us that the programmer chip is defective and it need to be replaced. So we informed him to repair it. As per him he said that the chip is replaced, but now it is totally dead. and he is telling that firmware to be uploaded to new chip.

We do not support loading the firmware for the AVR programmer onto a blank microcontroller. If you do decide to get a new AVR programmer, you might consider getting our newer Pololu USB AVR Programmer v2.1, since it offers a number of improvements at a lower price.
