Hi,

I recently acquired a Pololu Step-Down Voltage Regulator D15V70F5S3 and connected it up to my battery (http://www.battery.com.sg/un_product_details.asp?pid=2103). Without anything connected to Vout, my multimeter reads 5.01V. But when I connect a led strip to it, the voltage reading becomes 0V. I have yet to turn on the leds. I am not sure where the problem lies. Can you assist me as soon as possible please. Its for a project. Thank you.

I am sorry you are having trouble using that regulator. I suspect that there might be a problem with the way the LED strip is connected. What LED strip are you connecting to? How are you connecting to it? Can you post pictures of your setup?
