Pololu Digital Distance Sensor #4067 sensor chip?

I am trying to find a datasheet on the sensor chip that are on these boards. I can’t seem to fine this info in the product description.
Can you help with this?

Our #4067 Pololu Distance Sensor uses the VL53L1X. We have a VL53L1X Time-of-Flight Distance Sensor Carrier, and you can find a datasheet for it under the “Resources” tab on the product page.
