I am using a #2822 19:1 metal gearmotor 37DX68L mm with 64 CPR encoder.I wondering how much this product’s encoder outputs ampere. If I directly connect this on my arduino. Is it get damage or nothing will happen.

It is not clear what you are asking; it sounds like you want to know how much current the encoder outputs will source or sink. Those are relatively high impedance outputs that are not capable of providing much current and will be fine connected to an Arduino pin configured as an input (as long as the encoder is supplied with a Vcc that matches the Arduino’s logic voltage).
If you are asking about how much current the encoder VCC will draw, as stated on the product page, that will be a maximum of 10mA.
