No thermal relief on 5V Step-Up Voltage Regulator U3V70F5

Hi!

I have been using successfully regulators I purchased from you (5V Step-Up Voltage Regulator U3V70F5). While they work fine and I am happy with them, I noticed one problem.

Namely, there is no thermal relief on the soldering holes for the power in / power out / ground, which makes soldering inconvenient.

May you transmit this to your engineering teams so that next versions get fixed?

Thanks for the feedback. We definitely think about thermal reliefs when designing our boards, and in the case of regulators such as the one you are referring to, we intentionally do not put thermal reliefs on some pads because the external connections improve the thermal performance of the boards. We believe the easy solderability/performance tradeoff is worth it, but we would be happy to get more feedback from others who have use these boards.
