Newbie-servo does not move

Hello
I am new to the Pololu Servo Controller.
I just wire a the whole thing and installed the software on my Windows XP Laptop. Everything seems to be correct. No errors showing. The controller green light is flickering, when I connect it to the software. The yellow light flashes regulary.
I really do not have any idea what I am doing wrong…
I have some picts of the wiring. Maybe I made something wrong there?
