What I am trying to do is to control a servo using a micro maestro with a toggle switch that will turn the servo in both direction at 360 degrees.

and I am curious to know the schematics on the set up being shown in the video at around 5:43 mins. If you could please help me with the schematics and whats the resistor amount being used.
I am not entirely sure, but it sounds like you are referring to the part of the video when Emily is using pushbuttons to trigger certain subroutines. You can find a connection diagram and range of pull-up resistor values to use when adding a button or switch to the Maestro under the “Attaching Servos and Peripherals” section of its user’s guide, which you can find under the “Resources” tab of its product page
