New Romi board yellow light keep blinking after power up

Hello,
I just got my Romi board 32U4 and after power up the yellow light keep blinking, is that indicating something wrong?

The Yellow LED on the Romi 32U4 Control Board is connected to pin 13 and controlled by the program on the board during normal operation. The program that comes pre-loaded onto the Romi 32U4 Control Board blinks the yellow LED steadily (like the standard Blink Arduino example), so if that’s what you’re seeing then it is normal. The yellow LED will also fade in and out when the board is in bootloader mode, which should generally only happen when you manually put the board into bootloader mode by double-pressing the reset button.
