Hello!
We have released several new fixed-output voltage regulators over the past few weeks:
- 3.3 V and 5 V switching step-down (buck) regulators that operate from input voltages up to 42 V and offer a typical efficiency of 80% to 90%. Two versions are available for each voltage: one with a maximum output current of 300 mA and another with a maximum output current of 600 mA.
- 5 V, 9 V, and 12 V switching step-up (boost) regulators that operate from input voltages down to 2.5 V and offer a typical efficiency of 80% to 90%. The input current can typically be as high as 1.4 A; see the product page for more information about the available output current as a function of the input and output voltages.
- A 3.3 V version of our NCP1402 boost regulator, which can operate from input voltages as low as 0.8 V, meaning that you can power your logic from a single alkaline, NiMH, or NiCD cell!
