Robotshop says that I need to state my problem in this forum I have bought two motors with encoders from you and soldering has loosened on both encoders.
I have tried to solder it back myself on one of the encoder but its not enough room.
the motor with encoders are
Pololu 12V, 100:1 Gear Motor w / Encoder
I have this problem too.
The soldering ends for the encoders/pwms/power (IE: all the connections) are really, really fragile.
Any advice on replacing?

I am sorry to hear about your connections breaking. We have been able to resolder the wires to the side opposite where they are normally soldered and that worked. If that does not work for you, please contact us by email referencing this forum thread and we will see what we can do.
