Ok with svp-1284 can I get some help on setting up motor and servo movement via xbee transmitter/receivers with some sort of gui buttons.

We do not have any sample code for controlling the Orangutan SVP-1284 motor drivers from an XBee system. A good way of accomplishing that might be to communicate via serial from the software through the XBee to the SVP. For making your GUI you might consider using something like Visual Studios that has features for building GUIs already built in.
