Hi! I just received my Mini Maestro 12, downloaded the Control Center Software for Windows 11, and connected the Maestro with USB to power the controller and 1 servo. The servo is active in the Control Center Software, I have USB Dual port set in the Serial settings and Channel 0 named but not able to control my servo. I believe my jumper setting is correct but not sure…I have a flickering Green status light and the yellow light is flashing twice every second (see pic). Can someone assist in troubleshooting?
Hello.
It looks like you are not powering the servo. You can refer to the “Powering the Maestro” section of the Maestro user’s guide for a few different options for doing so.
Please note that the “VSRV=VIN” jumper is intended to be used to power the logic side of the Maestro from the servo power supply; it should not be used the other way around, and in general you should not try to use the USB power for the servos. (USB ports are typically only able to provide around 500mA of current and trying to draw more than that could cause damage or other issues.)

Thanks Brandon! Yep, totally misunderstood the power config for the servos so I have battery packs on order. I appreciate you help.
