Micro Maestro 6 Channel Device Not Connected

My controller will not connect to the software. After reading other posts it might be I have the wrong mini USB cable.

Windows is telling you that there is not a driver installed for your device. Try installing the drivers again.

If you were using a USB charging cable (instead of a data cable), the device would not show up in your Device Manager, so it looks like your cable is probably okay.

Can you go to the “Details” tab of the “Pololu Micro Maestro 6-Servo Controller Properties” window and change the “Property” drop-down selection to “Hardware Ids” and post a screenshot of that?
