Is it ok to CONTROL 3 identical servos by the same output of a Mini Maestro 18-channel Servo Controller ?

It should generally be fine to use the signal from one Maestro channel to control 3 servos.
Please note that the traces for the Maestro’s servo power rail can handle about 6A, and each header pin can handle around 3A, so depending on the current draw of your servos, you might consider powering them separately, or through multiple pins if they are available.
