Magneto

@Jim_Remington ,

Beyond my knowledge here and so I will try to interpret it slowly.

I saw some of your work done about magnetos. Is this about magnetos like in mowers? Also, if not, do you know anything about basics on alternators or have you done any more programming work for alternator related works?

Seth

P.S. I am slowly starting to study alternator workings and how to incorporate them in a build for a small bot. Some say gas is past tense but it may just be around for a while. Thus and in retrospect here, I have been trying to build a small mower with charging capabilities with by way of gas engine parts or by way of electrical engine parts. My bots seem to “die” sooner than later due to 12v batteries not fully staying charged.

Anyway, if not and if this is some different type of model you were demonstrating on the github page repos, okay. no issue. Just being nosy here anyway.

No, no relationship at all. “Magneto” is the name of one program I’ve used for calibrating magnetometers, which are sensors for measuring weak magnetic fields.

I was reviewing the work you did with it, i.e. the “Magneto.”

Nice source…

So, nothing like in bass speakers here… I am an all around learner of sorts here. I have had two 18v7 motor drivers for so long without using them and now. Yep. You guessed it. Time to upgrade.

I got the drivers to work and now I am building a robot based on poor calculations and odd 3D Prints for bot parts.

P.S. And no issue. Sorry to interrupt your work and what you are doing. I just got nosy I guess.
