I am having some difficulty getting the lact12p linear actuator working with a kangaroo x2 controller with Syren10 motor driver.
I am using packetized serial 128.
When I attempt to use the DEScribe software from Dimension Engineering to tune it gives me an error “incomptible settings”
Has anyone used this combination and successfully tuned .
Jumpers are set correctly according to instructions.

We do not carry the Kangaroo x2, so we are not very familiar with it. I recommend contacting the manufacturer of the controller, Dimension Engineering, about getting it working with your linear actuator.
