Jumper wire load limitation

I would like to use some of your 26AWG jumper wires to power your HP micro motors (stall current 1.6m). The robot will be doing sumo and stall a lot. Is the wire suitable or should I move to a lower gauge?

Hello.

AWG wire thicknesses have standard ratings for the maximum current they should handle. You can search the Internet for a table of these values.
