Can the micro maestro control a DC motor that is set up with the jrk 12v3 to act as a servo ? I would set the jrk to the pulse width setting in the software that programs the jrk board.

The jrk can be configured to accept standard hobby RC pulses, which are the same signals that the Maestro outputs, so the setup you described should work fine.
