When we turn on the driver is has a negative position value when we do ticcmd -d --status --full .
Even when manually reset the position using --halt-and-set-position and set to correct position. Still not able to move the motor using speed mode.
Could you post more details about your setup? How are you trying to control the Tic?
Are you implying that it works in position control mode? Is the red LED lit on the Tic (indicating and error), and if so, could you check the Tic Control Center software to see what particular error(s) have triggered?
Additionally, could you post a copy of your Tic settings file as well as some pictures of your setup that show all of your connections? You can save a copy of your settings file from the “File…” drop-down menu of the Tic Control Center while the board is connected.
