I need an inverting DC Converter. What product do I need?

I am using a CD4052 to create an analog audio selector. (Based on this tutorial )

It requires a bipolar power supply with a maximum range of 20V.

Ideally I am looking for a DC-DC boost converter that can also split the voltage into +9 and -9 volts.

Does pololu offer any products that match that description?

Input 5-20v DC
Output +9V and -9V DC
