The rubbers absorb dust and other staff
Any suggestion how to clean (and with what to clean) them easily without taking them off the robot? (for example during a competition)

Hello.
You can use a paper towel or cloth with some rubbing alcohol on it to wipe the wheels. You might consider wiping them as the wheels are spinning, that way it will clean and dry quickly, but be mindful to not stall the motors.
