Everything is ok when i push the read button for device signature…atmelsutidio have error :

i also upgrade firmware 1.07…check the device manager, avaiable tools…status is connected…but why device singnature cant recognize
The 3pi must be powered on, with good, fully charged batteries, when you try to program it. Is that the case?
yes…power on…full battery…voltage is 4.6V

I am sorry you are having trouble with your 3pi. Are you using NiMH or Alkaline batteries? If you are using Alkaline, then 4.6 volts is severely discharged. Were you ever able to program your 3pi, or have you always received this error?
Could you run the Pololu USB AVR Programmer Configuration Utility after a failed program attempt and post a screenshot of it?
