We have a few different types of A-Star 32U4 boards and robots, so can you tell me which specific product you have, or if you’re not sure, post a picture of it?
Have you tried using different USB cables and ports on your computer? Can you post a screenshot of the error message you are getting?

you probably inadvertently bricked the 32u4. Fortunatley these can usually be recovered into bootloader mode and really quickly flashing a new blink program.
