Does anyone have a tutorial or maybe some project info where a Mini Maestro 12 is controlling servos with data from an HC-12 arduino module? I only found 1 entry in the forums regarding the HC-12 but it was about something else.

We do not have any specific tutorials for the HC-12, but I do not see any reason your should not be able to do something like that. You might look at the following forum thread as a starting point for a project like that.
