Getting Zumo 32U4 working

Hi there. Just unwrapped my new (preassembled) Zumo 32U4. I started by trying out the Demo program and things like LEDs and sensors are working but nothing from the motors. I also booted it with the ‘MotorTest’ and ‘FaceTowardsOpponent’ sketch and sketches run but no movement at all from the motors (although LCD is showing that sensors are working).

I put in fully charged batteries and also tried running it using a USB power supply.

Am I missing something?

Is there something I need to do before my motors will start working?
