I need more grease for my Tamiya gearbox. What is a good solution that I might find locally?
Any hobby store should have a good grease for plastic gears. I generally use “White Lithium” grease, which you should be able to find in either the RC car or model train sections. You might also be able to find lithium grease, or another plastic-safe lubricant at a hardware store.
Whatever you end up getting, just make sure it is plastic safe/compatible.
