I am using a 5 battery Ni-MH 6v, 700mAh battery source to use the RoboPHILO. I am wondering if there is any way I can get a power source directly without connecting the battery. Can I make an external power source to that or is there any place I can buy that power source. Please let me now.

You should provide links so people don’t have to search for what you’re talking about. In general, you should be able to hook up an external supply. It will likely need to supply several amps, and you should make sure it’s regulated to 6V (some unregulated DC adapters have much higher voltages at low loads, and that higher voltage could destroy your electronics).
