Has anyone tried using ROS with Rpi3B and the drivers for the
DRV8835 for motor control?

Sorry. I have not. As far as I know, you have to use the pigpio and rospy libraries for this purpose.

Unfortunately, we do not have any specific resources or advice for using our motor drivers with ROS.
