Hello, I was just wondering if I will screw up the “Force-Sensing Resistor - 1.5” Square" sensor if I drill a hole or 2 in it? If size matters, it may be as small as a needle. Anyone have experience with this?

If you look closely at the sensor, you can see that each lead connects to a trace that weaves its way across the sensor pad. I do not expect the sensor to function properly if you cut these traces, and sticking an object between them might also interfere with it. Why do you need to make a hole in the sensor’s active area?
