Just wanted to ask if there is any minimum current threshold that I need to be aware of for this regulator?
Project is a little experimental and I need several regulator spread over a few boards. It would be nice to use the same part everywhere if possible. The loads range from a few hundred mA to less than 50mA.

The D45V5F5 regulator is generally appropriate for the current loads you mentioned; it does not require a certain minimum current draw before it will turn on or regulate properly.
Additionally, you can refer to the “Quiescent current” section of the regulator’s product page for more information about the current draw of the regulator itself.
