D36V6F5 Enable Pin Details

Hi Team,

I’m seeking some further info on your D36V6F5 regulator. In my application I want to disable the reg until the SHDN pin is driven high by an IO pin. Importantly it needs to be disabled during microcontroller initialisation and shutdown.

I’m assuming the default on state is controlled by pulling up the SHDN to Vin or some other voltage.

Are you able to share the detail of whether the pull up is an external resistor on the board or is it internal to the ic? What is its value? And if external, can you identify it on the board for me?

Hello, Tim.

There is an internal current source of around 1uA under about 1.25V and about 4.2uA above that.
