Hello, I’m interested in using the D24V50F5 for a 2-cell LiPo application, specifically to protect the battery from over discharge. The specs page mentions that the minimum input voltage of the D24V50F5 is 6V. Is the the level that the UVLO circuitry shuts down the regulator, or is it a different value? I’d also be interested in knowing the hysteresis behavior of the UVLO.

The under-voltage lockout for that regulator triggers at around 4.2V and is not adjustable, so you would not be able to use it to turn off the regulator before your battery discharges.
